Agaru Consulting was founded on the belief that strong, connected organizations create a ripple effect of positive change. Led by Maggie Pullen, a Louisiana native with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and facilitation, Agaru Consulting partners with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven companies to turn vision into action.

Maggie has worked at the international level with a human rights NGO in organizational policy, develop, and grant-making, supporting groups in Asia and Latin America in developing strategy and aligning work plans. In the US, she has worked with organizations ranging from start-up social enterprises, environmental coalitions, grassroots advocacy and community development corporations, to established firms and philanthropic organizations.
